Citrus Chicken Salad with Mixed Greens

 

This colorful salad is a true vitamin and mineral powerhouse, thanks to its abundance of fresh vegetables, fruits, and lean chicken protein. The ingredients support immunity, improve digestion, and provide energy all day long. Thanks to the content of healthy fats from avocado and walnuts, it provides a feeling of fullness for longer and helps stabilize blood sugar levels, which is beneficial for people watching their weight and metabolic health.

Ingredients:

  • Mixed greens (e.g., arugula, iceberg lettuce, spinach)
  • Baked or grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • Orange, peeled and segmented

Roasted Beetroot Salad with Goat Cheese and Walnuts
